transaction services – mitigating risk
We can support you in a number of ways during a transaction:
Appointing Special Advisors – industry leaders who help our clients evaluate the target company’s market position, and who work alongside them during the course of the transaction. It is not uncommon for such advisors to join the board of the company post-acquisition.
If appropriate, we can assess the strengths and weaknesses of the incumbent management team through confidential referencing and interviews.
Appointing buy-in executives: we undertake structured searches to have new management in place before you complete the deal.
